Marketplace Integration & SEO

Turning a product catalogue into a sales channel that runs itself

A marketplace account is easy to open and hard to run well. Listings have to be built to each platform’s own rules, stock and price have to stay accurate across every channel, and the moment a product changes in your warehouse half your listings are quietly wrong. Most teams end up maintaining the same catalogue three times — in a spreadsheet, in the stock system and on the selling platform — so every update becomes manual work, and the mistakes that follow land directly on your account health.

We build the connection between your product data and the marketplaces you sell on, so the catalogue is created once and stays consistent. The same work makes those listings easier to find, because the keyword and content decisions that improve a listing also decide how that product ranks in search.

Marketplace integration

We connect your catalogue to eBay, Amazon and the other channels you use, then keep data moving between them and the systems you already run.

  • Catalogue setup. Products, variants, options and bundles mapped to each platform’s category tree, required attributes and item specifics, so nothing is published under a category that will later suppress it.
  • Listing creation and optimisation. Titles, descriptions, imagery and variation data written per platform rather than pasted from a single source into every channel.
  • Stock and price synchronisation. Availability and pricing pushed from your system of record, so listings do not oversell or advertise stock you no longer hold.
  • Order and data flow. Orders pulled back into your workflow with fulfilment status reflected to the buyer, so multi-channel selling is handled as one process rather than several disconnected ones.
  • Asset management. Photography, video and supporting documents checked against each platform’s technical requirements before upload.
  • Platform operations. Returns, shipping templates, condition notes, promotions and pricing rules configured the way each marketplace expects them.
  • Account health. Policy compliance, listing suppression and performance issues monitored, with problems fixed at source rather than worked around.

SEO services

Being listed is not the same as being found. Our search work covers the site you own as well as the listings you place, because buyers search marketplaces and search engines in the same session, often within minutes of each other.

  • Keyword research. Search demand mapped against the products you actually stock, so effort goes to terms with real buyers behind them instead of high-volume, low-intent traffic.
  • On-site SEO. Titles, headings, meta descriptions, internal linking and page structure across your site, built on one consistent keyword map.
  • Technical SEO. Crawlability, indexation, redirects, structured data and page-speed problems identified and fixed.
  • Content. Product and category copy written for buyers and for search engines, without padding or duplication across your range.
  • Listing optimisation. The same keyword work applied to your marketplace listings — titles, search terms, backend fields and attributes — which is where most retail search actually happens.
  • Measurement. Search Console and marketplace performance reported against revenue, so the work is judged on sales rather than on rankings.

How we work

01

We audit

Your catalogue, your current listings and your site are reviewed against the competition, producing a prioritised list of what to fix and what to leave alone.

02

We build

Feeds, mapping rules and templates are implemented against your real data rather than a sample of five products, so the first full import is the real one.

03

We run it

Day-to-day updates, listing changes and performance monitoring are handled as a service, with a clear approval process for anything that needs your sign-off.

04

We report

One view of what is live, what changed and what it returned — in plain numbers rather than platform jargon.

What we need from you

A product list, access to your marketplace accounts, your existing listings if you have them, and a clear view of which products you actually want to push. That is enough to start.

If the work will not pay for itself, we will tell you that before you commit to it.

Tell us what you need.

Share a specification, a sample or a rough idea. We will come back with a clear, costed answer — sourcing it, designing it or making it in the UK.
