Who we are
CATGM Global Ltd is a United Kingdom company that buys, engineers and manufactures products on behalf of other companies. We are structured around two related but distinct capabilities: wholesale sourcing from China, and product design and manufacture carried out in the UK.
Keeping both under one roof is deliberate. A supplier relationship in China and a manufacturing relationship in Britain influence each other constantly — what is realistic to mould, what is worth tooling, what tolerance is actually achievable, what will survive transit. When the same company holds both sides of that conversation, decisions get made once instead of three times.
We work with importers, retailers, distributors, engineers and manufacturers. Some clients use us only to buy; some only to design and print; many use both, typically because a product started as a purchase and ended up needing modification.
How we work
We are deliberately unglamorous about method. Every engagement starts with a written brief and a costed proposal. Every factory is vetted before it is used, and at least once before it is trusted. Nothing goes into production until a sample has been approved in writing. Nothing is invoiced in full until it has been inspected.
We would rather decline work than take on something we cannot verify. If a supplier will not accept an inspection, that is useful information, and we will tell you.
How we are set up
We are a limited company registered in England and Wales and operating from the United Kingdom. UK-domiciled contracts, UK invoicing and UK liability are the default, because that is what UK buyers need when goods are in transit for six weeks.
Trading relationships with Chinese manufacturers are managed by our own team, not brokered through an anonymous marketplace. You will know who is handling your order and you will be able to reach them.

Honest capability
If a material or process is wrong for your part, we will say so, even when a cheaper answer would be easier to sell.
Named suppliers
You are told which factories are making your goods, and you can speak to them.
Specification discipline
The approved sample governs production. We do not quietly substitute an equivalent to hit a date.
Paper that stands up
Documentation is produced to be filed, audited or handed to a customs officer — not to satisfy a filing cabinet.
