- Technical data. Our web server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, for security and diagnostic purposes.
Why we collect it and how long we keep it
Enquiry form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the resulting business discussion. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to you and, where a conversation continues, on taking steps at your request to enter a contract. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for those purposes and no longer than the applicable UK statutory limitation period.
Server logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted.
Cookies

Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who host or maintain this website on our behalf, and where necessary with manufacturers and logistics partners involved in fulfilling an enquiry you have asked us to action. Those partners process data on our instructions.
International transfers
We are a UK company and our hosting is in the United Kingdom. Some of our trading and manufacturing partners operate outside the UK, and information may therefore be processed outside the UK when we act on your enquiry. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to the lawful basis on which we hold the data, you have the right to access it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, if you believe your data has been mishandled.
